I really can't say enough good things about BuyCleverStuff. I placed an order for a hi-fi system through Amazon Marketplace, and they shipped it out the same day, arriving bright and early the next morning. The description on Amazon was spot on, so I knew just what I was getting. A few days later, I thought it’d be smart to grab a spare stylus for the record player, and sure enough, it showed up the next day too. Kudos and thanks a bunch!

Fantastic company. Outstanding service from beginning to end. They provided me with awesome tips on bluetooth ceiling speakers for the bathroom and ensuite. Sadly, I picked the wrong ones and inquired if they could exchange them for me. No issues at all, they swapped them out the very next day through a courier they set up. They even refunded the price difference. I've told a bunch of folks about them who have complimented our new speakers. Big thanks to BuyCleverStuff.

I ordered a kitchen flip-down TV online. It showed up the next morning by 10:30, all nicely packed and secure. They kept me in the loop about my order via email and even sent a text from the delivery folks letting me know when it would arrive, along with options to postpone if needed. Truly outstanding service, I’ll surely be back for more.

From the first question I had about the features of an iselect DAB bathroom radio with an iPod dock, all the way through to placing my order and getting it delivered, the service was outstanding. John was super helpful and really knew his stuff about the product, which showed up right on time. I got it set up the same day, and it’s running like a dream now. I’d totally recommend this company and I’m looking forward to using them again.

"Quick delivery and top-notch customer service"
I purchased a mirror TV for my bathroom from BuyCleverStuff, and the makers (Tilevision) slashed the price right before I even unboxed it! The team at BCS was fantastic. Once I informed them about the price drop, they got back to me within an hour and refunded a big chunk of the difference, even though they don’t have a price matching policy. I’m giving BuyCleverStuff a solid 5 stars!

Naturally, I accepted, and the package showed up the next day as they said, which was a week ahead of Christmas. Truly fantastic service! "Fantastic Customer Support"
I placed my order after 3 p.m., and the representative I talked to was really apologetic about not being able to deliver it the next day since I missed the cutoff. But they assured me it would arrive the day after, and sure enough, it showed up right on schedule. The ceiling radio is now installed and delivers top-notch sound.
I’m super happy with both the product and the service.
Definitely recommend!

The folks on the phone were super helpful and even offered to match the price when I found a better deal elsewhere because of a time-sensitive promotion. I bought a Flip Down TV, but it arrived in bad shape. Had some trouble with the local delivery service. I called the sales team, and they were super concerned and really helpful. I got myself a Sovos under kitchen unit TV, which ain't easy to find, and this was the best deal online. The online buying process was a breeze, and I got a bunch of emails confirming my order and payment, plus info on delivery. It showed up at my place sooner than I thought and was packed up nicely. Absolutely first-rate, items arrived super fast. There was an issue with the set (a design flaw, not the company's fault) early on, but it got sorted out quickly thanks to their fantastic support team. They even threw in some extra software at no cost. Communication was top-tier, and every single staff member I interacted with was really helpful. I’d definitely do business with them again.
